Yesterday was great I had a nice ride stopped at a friends houst who I worked with for the last 5 years she was laid off Wednesday I wanted to make shure she was OK and she was so I got a hair cut while I was there and we made plans to go for a ride Monday 2 years ago she won one of them big 1800 CC Honda bikes so we went to riding school together for her to learn how to ride and for me to finally get my bike license after 30 years of riding I figured maybe I might go legal LOL anyhow she is good and her and a friend came to the party last night we all had fun and it was a great fireworks display I left around 11:00 all the heavy drinkers were starting to get roudy so time for me to go home ….

Today Mom stopped over and we went shopping I needed a new register for the bathroom floor, a doop stop and the baseboard and I finally foounf knobs i wanted for the cabinet my fausets are Porcelin and chrome so I had to get matching knobs and finally found the ones that suit me so after that we stopped at Brusters they have the greatest Ice Cream there I had a Brownie sunday just delish. Now am not sure what to do I have another party to go to or maybe I might go to the School bus demolotion derby at the fair I am not sure what I want to do yet it keeps trying to rain and thunder storm so who knows..

Well that certainly was a chore but the boxes are home safe and sound and nobody got hurt Now I need to go pick up a bus and deliver it to another shop then I am not sure the party starts around 5:00 it is at my ex girlfriends sisters house just might be interesting I am sure Deb will be there so who knows how that will turn out I am just hoping for nice enough weather today to ride my bike

Well this week is finally over it was so busy I worked like 12 hour days all week but finally it is done one shop is officially closed totally cleaned out it is amazing how much stuff was there we owned that shop since 1994 so I guess 10 years you can really load up but it is all cleaned out now and the new owner will take over Tuesday. I have a little more time at my other shop the new owner takes over on the 15th but I am leaving for Connecticut on the 12th so I have to be pretty much done by next Friday but what does not get done the guys that are staying will get it done I am sure…

They decided to fly my up on Monday then home Friday so I don’t have to spend the weekend up there so I will be putting lots of flyer miles the next month then my final day will be August 13th….

Races were great last night perfect night for them Now at lunch time today I am going to borrow a truck with a lift gate on it to bring home my tools I have 4 huge tool boxes full after 23 years you sure can collect a lot of tools

Ok I had to take a break I am using word to write this entry so I can quit and get some stuff done like I got the garage cleaned out enough to get my boxes in and still fit my bike. Bill will be here around noon with the truck I also have my picnic table up there, which I also need.

Big companys sure can be wastefull they came and removed the hard drives from the computers and left the rest said to just throw them away so I have 2 complete computer systems here at my house minus the hard drives I mean right down to the mouse and cables, keyboard and monitor I might try to put in a hard drive and maybe make them work I don’t know I just could not see throwing them away I guess the pack rat in my came out and I trucked them both home

It is 10:30 so I better get going and go ahead and post I will be back later
after maybe the first 4th party I am getting hungry already……

I miss you Abby…..;-(
